I'd probably pick out the extra vertical, unless it'd leave a gap in the weave, in which case I'd be temped to needle-weave in two or three more at random intervals across the piece.

I don't think I could/would want to try and weave in a second vertical line (look towards the right half of the woven object), but maybe I could pull that second strand out... I shall have to try - it is just a learning experience after all!

There's no mistake in weaving that can't (or shouldn't) be fixable.
If it's not something you can pick out at this point, can you do it again, and make a repeat design element out of it? Needle-weaving can be your Friend...
